Role & responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  2. Lead the marketing team in developing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and attract new customers.
  3. Oversee the CRM department to ensure effective management of customer relationships and satisfaction.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of marketing, sales, and CRM professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  8. Oversee collection forecast by CRM department, correct if necessary.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the department.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain at the forefront of marketing and sales trends.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients/partners.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  13. Work closely with the project development team to understand project specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
  14. Prepare and present regular Marketing,Sales and CRM reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the senior management team.
  15. Review Approve Project cost sheet.
  16. Review and Approve Budgets.
